Refund policy
Our promise
We want you to love your Radical Impressions products. If something isn't right with your order, reach out to us and we'll make it right.
Returns
Because our products are handcrafted personal-care items, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send instructions.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
